The Journey of Brandon C. DeLoach, a Graphic Designer.

Coming up in school, my career was set on just two major top dogs, “in my Southern, Georgia Mind” of the industry in the world of graphic design, the Atlanta Journal Constition (Newspaper) & Turner Broadcasting Systems (Television). The path was narrow and super competitive. Nowadays the competion is still grand especially with the power of AI, however, the options have multiplied substantually. So many tech groups, social platforms and innovative outreach teams within organizations have emerged, providing a creative feast.

With this portfolio, I not only hope to share a glimpse of my career, of nearly two decades of design excellence, however, I would like for you to witness me as a passionate designer and know that the art of design has always been in my life.

LORETTA’S STORY

Loretta Claiborne overcame significant challenges from childhood—growing up in poverty, born partially blind, and facing intellectual disabilities—to become an extraordinary long-distance runner. She completed 26 marathons, placed among the top 100 women twice at the Boston Marathon, competed and won medals in the Special Olympics, and introduced President Bill Clinton at the 1995 World Summer Games.

As a child Loretta’s mother would say to her, “Mind your manners, beacuse someday you might eat with the president”. Fulfilling her mother’s words, Loretta ultimately had the honor of dining with “multiple” Presidents of the United States.

MY STORY IN PARALEL

As a designer, I have spent my career creating visual graphics across a wide range of projects, including work for local churches and community organizations in my hometown. I consistently stay aligned with current design trends while delivering thoughtful, effective visual solutions. One of the most meaningful moments of my career was the opportunity to apply my skills in service of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama using my talents to represent the Commander in Chief at the highest level.

I enjoy seeing projects through to completion. As a designer, you don’t always get to experience the full process, but I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects from start to finish, which has been both rewarding and fulfilling.

The Process.
